I ordered on an online shopping site and made payment through free charge, In free charge, the actual payment was from my debit card. But when I made a partial return of my order the whole amount got refunded to the free charge wallet that is no use for me. As it is not so in use. I sent an email week ago but I didn't receive any response from the team.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
