I'm Roopa. I ordered clothes on Myntra on **th June ****. My order was cancelled and my bank account is debited twice. I called the customer care and was assured that the amount will be credited to my account in * to * days. But I didn't get any refund. I called them again and I emailed a couple of times and the answer was same. I also attached my bank statement. I didn't receive the refund till now ie on **th July. Pls take action against Myntra and resolve my issue soon. I'm attaching my bank statement.
