Jiomart - Refund not made even after 3 months

A brief history of my case. I had placed an order on the Jiomart app on **/**/**** worth Rs.***.** (Order Number - *****************M). There was note of a partial refund of Rs.**.** on **/**/****. The balance order was never delivered and the refund is still pending. I had been following up with your team on Whatsapp and Twitter. All I got in return for my follow-up since **/**/**** was * SR numbers. ********** on **/**/**** and ********* on **/**/****. I get a call from your Vijayawada customer care +**-***** ***** that the refund wold be done “Soon” A twitter message on **/**/**** states that the refund was initiated on **/**/****. However, till date I’m yet to see either the goods or the refund.
