I have placed an order worth Rs ****/- on Flipkart on ** Mar ****, for which amount was debited twice. I was trying to followup with customer service since then. They just take details and then nothing happens. They Just call and ask for payment information etc etc and again nothing happens. I have no clue on how to get this issue addressed. Need this to be escalated to higher authorities.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
