A couple of month back I purchased a course from the so called best education company in the world and was told that i would be refunded within ** days if I don't like the course it's been **+ days now but no actions taken yet.

*) Unprofessional Mentors
*) Never pick up your call or reply on time
*) lack of promise fulfillment
*) False promises
*) Forces you to pay even if you don't want your kid to study further, the backend team creates a mental pressure on you.
