Swiggy - Refund not issued

I made a transaction with swiggy on * july **** in yamunanagar for amount of Rs ****.Order id is ***********. I paid for the order online, money was deducted from my account using Google pay but swiggy declined the transaction , cancelled the order and has not issued any refund till date. Google. pay has confirmed successful transaction.

On asking their customer representatives all spoke different things. Most of them sent automatic replies. Some said that they have issued the refund and even shared the reference number ***********. Some said that the amount was not captured by swiggy. How is it possible that they initiated the refund without receiving the money. Later some said that the refund process has been declined. On being implored further, I came to observe that they couldn't even capture the mode of payment correctly. They told it was a paytm transaction where it was a google pay transaction. This shows their inability and fraudulent system.

It has been a mental torture with swiggy. They are a shame and disgrace. It has been over a month now, but they still haven't taken any action.
