I have booked my flight ticket on **th March **** from makemytrip. The journey date was **th April. I got notification from spice jet on *th April that the flight is cancelled. I was eligible for a full refund. I cancelled the ticket and applied for the refund. I didn't get any confirmation through mail or messages after cancelling.
Then on **th April, I messaged spice jet on twitter about my cancellation. They said that they have already refunded the amount back to makemytrip. Since **th April I am continuously approaching makemytrip for a refund but they keep on delaying the matter. Please help me.
