I had purchase galaxy S**vultra *** gb device on ** of August through Samsung shop on HDFC debit card EASY EMI but as per delivery partner adress is unable to locate though i am getting all my orders from amazon and flipkart on the same address but delivery associate not be able to locate my adress so i had to cancel the shipment not when I cross checked with delivery partner the shipment rtoed successfully and reached Samsung warehouse after that still my amount refufund is not initiated by Samsung kindly help
