Hello sir/madam,
I have placed an order of samsung **inch smart tv on **th aug,**** in Samsung official website. Our expected delivery specified by samsung shop app is on **th aug(tomorrow). Till now, there is no update in track order status after the order gets confirmed.
On **th Aug,**** (Today morning), we have called samsung customer care to know about the status of our order. One tele-caller person assured to us that,our product will be delivered on same day without fail. After that call, we have received a message that our product got cancelled without our consent.
We were surprised and immediately called again your customer service. In that, samsung customer service person said that our order got cancelled by Samsung due to eway bill issue. It's not the customer mistake, it's the mistake from samsung. How come it had happened?. If any issue, customer should get notified in prior, we didn't get any information regarding address and status of order.
Till now, We didn't receive any prior notifications about the product or address issue from samsung.
We definitely need this product. whatever the issue exist, kindly rectify and send us the product immediately.
