Hi,
I am writing this email for Order number ********** which I have placed in the name of Sakshi Bajpai for half KG * pack of Kaju katli which was delivered as * pack of * KG kaju katli.
After try to reach you order got canceled but no refund was initiated till now. I tried calling the restaurant NEW DELHI SWEETS.
They asked me to return the packed as order is canceled. I personally went to the restaurant and handed over the packet they assured you will now receive ur refund but still I am waiting for my refund which not yet received.
Is this kinda fraud happening let me know when will I receive my refund.
And also very poor customer care service from your end.
Try to take some serious action on the restaurant as they are making false commitments.
