On the *st of September, I placed an order #*********** for food via Swiggy. They called me and informed that order will be cancelled as the delivery guy met with an accident. I requested for the replacement order immediately. But instead of confirming that order they notified me stating food has been delivered.
Later, when I tried reaching the support executive. They simply wasted my time and later when I asked to initiate the refund they confirmed me the replacement order (after half an hour). I informed them I don't require any further order even requested for a call back there was no response.
Out of nowhere, they send me the order again when I had already informed that I need a refund. They even closed conversation without even trying to reach me a single time. I have enough details to prove how they have handled the issue. Even when I escalated the issue to the company every time they send the canned response without initiating a refund. To the extent that they address the client from other names.
I request you to check and help me in getting my money back.
