Via.com - Refund not initiated

I had booked a flight via indigo airlines from Goa to Guwahati. They cancelled it due to covid. And I haven’t received any refund from them. When I contacted them they said I will get it from via.com as I had booked the flight through them. Via.com is not responding to my queries as to when I will get my refund back.
