I booked a ticket from on **th July from Patna to New Delhi from travel look website (REF*********) within few minutes I got a call from customer care stating your ticket got cancelled due to operational reason , you will get refund within *-** working days . I haven't got the refund till now , I have called them multiple times but they always say next *-** days you will get the refund.
