Flipkart - Refund not initiated

I have booked a flight from Hyderabad to Ranchi for **st March. Later I rescheduled the flight from goindigo.in directly to **th March. Airlines mailed me that I will receive the refund of Rs. ****, but I didn't received so I raised a complaint to flipkart on **th March and sent several mail attaching the mail of Indigo which was asked by flipkart, also it was confirmed by flipkart customer care executive that mail is received. Now, I am getting call that they can't refund as Airline have deducted the amount, when I told about mail Flipkart is telling they didn't received any mail from me. So I want to understand what should I do now.
