I have book a ticket for * person before the first lockdown. After all flight got cancelled they preserved it as a credit shell. I asked them if I can get refund or not and they say yes. My ticket got cancelled on ** June and they told me to wait for ** days. And its already like ** days and my refund is not giving back till now. I am facing a lot of financial problem. Please help me out please.
