I've ordered food from Swiggy on *th June **** worth Rs. ***. Even after waiting for * hours food was not delivered to me. Their excuse was that my food package was taken by some other delivery person by mistake. I've asked them to raise the same order and deliver it to me but they denied and assured to refund my amount. After that, I kept on tracking this refund but I didn't receive any. I've contacted Swiggy multiple times and every time they say a different story. Sometimes they say that they have given the refund and asked me to check with my bank and sometimes they say that they've highlighted my issue to higher authorities. I've contacted my bank they asked me for an email or **-digit RRN number that confirms that Swiggy has initiated a refund. I went back to Swiggy asking for Email and RRN and they fail to provide it and said the same "higher authorities" things. Now, it's been ** days I have not received the refund yet. Swiggy doesn't have any call support as well. They have a number but you can only talk to someone if you have an active order running there. On chat, they respond to your messages after *-** minutes that too without reading what I've asked for.
