Instead of booking the ticket on **/*/**, incidentally, the ticket has been booked on **/*/**. The current status of the ticket is wl * & wl * which means that the amount should be refunded when I requested for refund, they denied.

Kindly resolve my case as I belong to the poor family and the amount of ₹**** is huge for me.
