Clear Trip - Refund not given

I am Sumeet Chaudhry, I booked a flight from clear trip of nearly * lakh then I have to cancel it due to wrong timing then I booked a flight again but this time I choose the correct time and booked it and used that money on my clear trip wallet to buy that second flight.
Few days later I realized they deducted **** rupees for just cancellation then I contacted with them that this money they deducted is not reasonable then they give me refund of **** but they send this amount on my clear trip wallet which they didn’t asked the consent then I called the customer care like how can I get my money back they send that you can’t you can use this money literally nowhere
On top of that they said this clear trip wallet cash will be expired in one year it’s a total scam when they tell us to choose clear trip wallet its nowhere written that this money cannot be spent like nowhere except clear trip . I do not want. I just want my refund back to my bank account. that’s sit
