Tata Cliq - refund not given

i purchased one television from tata cliq on june * and i got a defected television ,later i contacted customer care N number of times but i didnt get any proper reply . one representative told that your refund initiated, another told quality check failed , so no refund, got a mail again your refund initiated but not credited to the bank, again contacted customercare they again said quality check failed , refund not possible. they are playing with me by saying different confused communications. i am in very distress and so much angry. kindly help against my order *********.
