I booked tickets for * passengers from Make My Trip and cancelled it within * mins. The moment I cancelled, I realized that **** per ticket has been taken. You could take cancellation charges, but not take up the entire ticket money.Taking up the entire ticket money can't be considered as cancellation fee. Unreasonable and unfair practices.
Please provide the necessary refund as I did my cancellation within * mins, and it is so unfair to deduct the entire ticket money.
