I had requested the team, that I do not wish to continue with the services, yet the same was not accepted. The team convinced that they would do the relocation but later said the relocation charges will be as much as the connection charges for next * months, effectively meaning that they will charge double the price to continue the connection, not give me a refund despite the pathetic level of their service
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
