Amazon.in - Refund not get

Dear sir,
with Due respect i would like to mention my exact problem. sir i have ordered a product from newly account with this number **********. this account was new but when i order a product successfully then after sometimes order gets cancelled and account on hold due to some unusual activity but i did not do anything in my knowledge but still if order gets cancelled then money should be refunded but after complaining many time to customer service they said to wait for atleast ** days including holidays and i have waited for but still i did not get refund back to source
my order number is ***-*******-*******
please refund my money back to source its very bad things that Amazon is not refunding money.
