OYO Rooms - Refund not done since 112 days

Refund pending from OYO since *** days

I had booked a room on **th Oct at Ahmedabad , OYO ***** Hotel Anjani Inn and I was asked to do the payment on the spot, But the hotel refused to grant stay and said they do not take any booking from OYO or booking.com. when contacted OYO customer service they said they will refund the money but never spoke on giving alternate solution. literally I was on the road for * hours searching the room in Ahmedabad.
Now I am cheated by OYO by not paying the refund and they are simply delaying the payment everytime.

Every ** days the ticket is closed and when called new ticket is raised. Now they are not responding the calls and not answering the mails.
Whenever tried calling to the customer care the call rings and picked up but immediately disconnected. This happens every time I call now.
