I made * payments towards IRCTC for booking tatkal tickets. First I paid via debit card. The amount was deducted, but ticket booking failed.
I had to attend an important meeting, so I checked my internet speed (might be a concern, but the link speed at that time was **mbps! Most of their agents don't have access to such speed).
So I tried booking again, this time via UPI. Again the payment was deducted, and the ticket still could not be booked.
The UPI payment was refunded within * days, but the card payment has not been credited back. It's been ** days now.
I missed my meeting, and after sending a bunch of emails, their customer support at first 'denied' the payment on official mail, and when they realised their mistake, they sent some rubbish replies blaming the payment gateway, but my refund is still pending.
