I booked flite ticket on **th oct from IXB TO DEL & DEL TO SXR through Travelook. My booking was in under process & after sometime my booking is canceled. I called their represantative somany times, but they giving so many excuses and now *nd dec I didnot received my refunned. So, I kindly request to please look into this matter and help me to get my refund.
