I have booked two tickets from Delhi to haldwani on *.**.**** ** pm janrat and */**/**** ** pm and I cancelled both the tickets before * Nov...till date(**.**.****) I have not received refund of my cancelled tickets...for your reference one cancel ticket screen shot attached. I have already sent email on online.support@upsrtc.com but have not received any response yet. Also, no one picks the call on their helpline number (**********)
