I booked the Indigo airline ticket via EaseMyTrip for Varanasi to Bhubaneswar on *st January **** for travel on *nd February ****. Indigo airline cancelled the respective ticket on *st February **** at *:** pm due to forecasted bad weather at Varanasi Airport. The Indigo airline confirmed on *st February **** at *:** pm that the tickets were cancelled and refund was processed, so if cancelled through travel agent then please contact travel agent for refund details. We then contacted EaseMyTrip for the refund status via mail and whatsapp using our booking ID:EMT********* so they confirmed on **th February **** that refund of Rs. ***** has been successfully processed and the refund may take *-* days to reflect in our account. But they haven't provided any transaction ID details for the processed refund and it's already ** days we have not yet received the refund. Now they are not responding or taking any action for the respective query through email or whatsapp.

We request you to take the necessary actions for refund of the money from EaseMyTrip.
