I ordered a product in ajio on aug-** and I forgot about that order .....but upon opening the account on **-sept -** I raised a request for refund and it was initiated.but here the issue is that they were trying to send funds to the source account but it wasn't active.....I called and mailed to send refund to the wallet or account.....one of the customer champ said to provide all the details of customer * days ago still it wasn't resolved yet.....
