I ordered * products from Ajio.com on *th March **** and the payment was failed but i have been debited from my side. I completed the payment with Paytm wallet, I contacted Ajio Customer Care they told me to wait for ** hours. I waited but nothing happened. Then they send me a mail asking all details such as Transaction id, Reference number, Bank name, Mode of payment etc. I provided every detail they asked for and also i attached proof of amount debited. Then they told they will resolve by **th of march Now also after the wait nothing happened.
I even asked ajio to atleast add the money in my ajio wallet that too they are not willing to do.
