This is regarding a flight booking through Goibibo for Air India flight. Due to flight time changes by Air India, we had to cancel the tickets and initiate the refund as required.
After multiple time followup with Goibibo support, they do not bother to work or, update on the refund process. It is pending since November'**** and still, there is no update.
I directly contacted the Airlines and they said that GoIbibo is not reachable or, not responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
