- Refund not being given even after returning the item Open

First Amazon delivered the wrong item to me in a tampered and spoiled packaging on **/**/****. And when it was brought to their notice amazon asked me to share all the images of the product along with packaging, * different images of the product along with packaging were shared with them three different times on **/**/**** and **/**/****. Then they told me that they have initiated an investigation in this regard and that investigation will run till **/**/****. Amazon told me that the investigation will be run to ascertain if the product delivered to me was really not correct. I kept following Amazon regularly till **/**/****. I again came in touch with Amazon on **/**/**** and they told me that the result of that investigation is out and Amazon have verified through that investigation that the wrong product has been delivered to me. Amazon initiated the return request from its own end and approved it on the same day. I was assured that as the investigation from Amazon's end has verified that the wrong product has been delivered to me so the pick up guy will pick my product up without any objection and without asking any question. The product was picked up on **/**/****. And Amazon marked it as "picked up and on the way back" in order section in my Amazon account. Amazon assured me that the product has been picked up and the refund will be issued to me with in * days of the pick up. Again I called Amazon up on **/**/**** and they told me that the product has been recieved in their warehouse and their warehouse is not issuing me the refund. Amazon customer care raised a query towards their return department for not issuing me the refund. Then I recieved a mail from Amazon mentioning that although I have sent the product back but they will not issue me the refund and since then I am following Amazon for the same that if the product has been sent back to them after an approval from their end, then why they are not issuing me the refund. But they are having no answers to my queries regarding not issuing my refund. Order Id is ***-*******-*******
