Makemytrip - Refund not approved of flight cancalltion

PNR: P*R*NB, Canclled with MMT on ** ,Due to Perpone of flight by Spice Jet * Hrs, I have confirmation email from makemy trip -cancalltion request created,also coverstaion with online agent that i will get full Refund of ***** will get in Cradit Card by ** the

Spicejet ask that no cancalltion request received till ** Marc and Spicjet canclled tickets as per lockdown policy imposed from ** th and No refund allowed only future vaoucher of flight allowed
I ask MMT to clarify on they comincation details in written for intimation of cancalltion to spicejet,

Issue : pls not that this suspension of flight and voucher creation policy imposed from ** th Mar and I had get tickets canclled with MMT on ** Mar in other policy of preponmet of flight by airlance, so legally it is eligible for Refund amount not Voucher
