Myprotein.co.in - Refund nit received even after 3 months of product return

My order no. ********* was to be delivered in october but then coz of some medical issues i no longer needed it so i messages the customer service i DO NOT want it ,the CS reverted that i have to deny the deliveryperson which i did but the delivery person forcefully delivers the product in my office when i was not there as the package was already paid ...when i requested the co. To arrange the return ..it cannot ..so i paid the shipping back and returned it for which confirmation was receievd sometime in october end as they after numerous messages of nonsense questions confirmed that refund will be initiated in a few days ..i have been gollowing up incessantly but now this conpany's Customer service does not even answer ..its december end now and complaint started sknetime in october start ..SUCH HARASSMENT..this company will soon shut down in india if this goes on.
