I received the damaged product on **th Nov ****, The bluedart agent was aware of this still I pinged myprotein associate to inform same they asked me to accept the courier and check whether the package from inside is damaged or not, I did and found it was damaged. I raised a replacement request which was rejected informing not enough evidence. The package is still sealed I haven't even touched it, I have all the screenshots/ videos, the tracking ID which itself shows the product was damaged also the chats screenshot of associates.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
