Not delivering and not refunding

I had placed order on *th May, the order was placed with correct address but with incorrect phone number, there delivery partner Delhivery clearly state that the merchant has to update the team on any changes, But MyProtein Customer team keep responding with dumb replies without understanding the problem, I have been asking for refund or to update the Courier update with correct phone but there team are so resistive to actually do any work that they keep asking me to do it, but as the phone number is different, so i can't even reach out to Delhivery team due to no active order, I don't know why they have come to India if they don't have efficient people to help customers.

Today it's **th, I had contacted for refund but they just sent me the details of their address to send courier back, but I haven't even received it yet, not sure what's going on, Just give back my hard earned money, I will never place an order for pathetic product and service again
