Story:
I ordered Dahi Bhalle from the shop "Shahi Dahi Bhalle" shop, Sector-* Dwarka, Delhi
I created new address given below:
xxxxxxxx, xxxx Floor, Sector-* RK Puram,Delhi
and placed order successfully.
When I checked my order, I found that it is showing two delivery address instead of one. One address is of RK Puram and other is Pink Apartment.
I got confused, and I called delivery boy and told him that app showing two delivery address instead of one. So he said where you want delivery? And I said I want delievery at RK Puram address, he said he needs to ask company. I said Okay.
Then call comes from zomato, and she said where you want delivery and I said I want delivery at RK Puram address, and she said it is not possible, but I said I want delivery at RK Puram address. She said I am declining this order and will not refund your money. Think of how selfish they are? And they are looting consumer, I am not able to found any customer support number of zomato and neither customer support email to register my complaint, but there is no such email ID I found.
Think of how this reputed company behaving with customer. I helpless how I recover my money from him. They should be sorry to me, plus they should return my money with compensation, they mentally tortured and harassed me.
I am lucky that this portal is here for registering such complaint. Thank you Voxya!
