I cancelled a policy on policybazaar.com
I was promised a refund amount of Rs. ****, whereas only Rs. **** has been credited in my bank account.
Attaching mail of promised amount, as well as bank statement showing credit of only partial amount.
My policy booking ID with them was - *********
The policy cancellation request was made on **-**-****, still the matter remains unsolved.
Request you to kindly look into this matter.
