*.Kenya airline flight rescheduled * times from Uganda to Nairobi on **/**/****,Due to that ,I need to cancel connection flight from Nairobi to Mumbai on dated **/**/****.for cancellation Kenya airline charged there cancellation charges,after then I had intimate Kenya airline for refund of rescheduled flight,they had given written reply in mail to inform MMT and send them copy of mail.I had send total details to MMT, but everytime MMT representative give me hope within week issues will resolve,But till today it's has been not solved.
*.Trying to book air ticket from Uganda to Nairobi on dated **/**/**** at around *.** pm ,Uganda Time, for dated **/**/****,Due to rescheduling of Kenya airlines, Uganda to Nairobi,Money got deducted,but ticket not booked ,Till thay I had not get any refund, Intimate MMT representative,Again same story,Mail communication is attached.
