ear Concern team,
I had a flight from Kolkata to Guwahati (PNR- LHHYSK) on **th october ****. I (Avijeet Kumar) along with my wife (Swati Roy) and kid (Atharv Singh) are supposed to travel from this pnr. I have received a message from spice stating two tickets (Avijeet kumar & Atharv Singh) got cancelled. I have discussed the spice jet helpline number. They did not mention a clear reason for cancellation and informed me that we will book your ticket again. Helpdesk member informed me that your payment is already processed for refund. You can pay right now and you will receive your refund in a couple of days. I agreed and paid again and got two tickets (SETDFD/SG) . The first challenge we had to face, our seats were different , that has passed so it's ok. Second, I have not received any refund for my cancelled ticket.
so after email/complaint to Spice jet and Paytm. they are throwing ball to each other. Spice Jet is saying we have refunded to your travel agency (Paytm). Paytm is saying spice has confirmed customer has travelled from both PNR so they do now owe any refund. i really do not understand what should i do. two month has been passed plus mental harassment of making follow-up with both organizations. kindly help me out
