I had taken services from Trivial Chapter ( Portugal Based Immigration services) - (https://www.trivialchapter.com/) whose had office in Portugal as per their website and other Brance offices in various part of the India . The services was related to the applying Schengen Tourist Visa thru them and other Portugal Residency program services .
The initial advance payment was made Rs **,*** on **th June '** to Trivial Chapter Indian Bank Account to start the process for applying NIF (Finance) number and *nd payment of Rs *,**,*** on *nd Aug'** once I got the NIF number.
*rd Payment of Rs *,**,*** was paid on **th May'** as an advance payment for applying my Schengen Visa .
As per the contract which I got from them thru WhatsApp from their account manager - It was clearly mentioned that if my visa got refused, then my entire paid amount would be paid except Rs **,*** .
My visa appointment was on **th June'** and I got refusal letter on **th June'** .
Now, as per the contract, the contract got cancelled as my visa got refused and with no trust further for getting visa , I requested for my refund amount which was Rs *,**,*** after deducting Rs **,*** . I followed them continuously thru email , WhatsApp to all higher management even with the Owner of the Company who is sitting in Portugal thru WhatsApp but he didn’t take interest in refunding my amount keeping in my mind , it is clearly mentioned in the contract that amount will be refunded.
They are not talking about my refund and they want only I apply them again and pay more once my visa approved for which I am not interested now. I am following their contract conditions then why they are not following or responding on my email. They are harassing me by not responding on my email and this is creating mental pressure on me as the amount is in loss is big amount for me.
Can you please help me to get my genuine refund amount, if not, I would require legal assistance to sue them for my refund and compensation.
