Yatra.com - Refund is not processed

Through the Yatra.com mobile app, a ticket has been reserved from Chennai to Kodaikanal on November **, ****. The service provider is Vetri Travels. The service provider cancelled the reservation before the scheduled departure time of two hours. There has been no response from the concerned team/officials for the refund after several complaints were made over the yatra and vetri official maid Id and contact details.
