I ordered a cookware set of * with glass lids on */*/****,it got delivered on */*/****, one glass lid was missing so I raised a complaint and they approved it for refund.The refund process was initiated on */*/** but my amount is not yet credited to my account.I emailed them with my bank statement, passbook entry but they didn't reply.I contacted them many times each time they will take **minutes to attend the call,all of them are saying the same as a tape recorder that it was refunded on */*/** and they gave transaction id and asked me to check with my bank but bank ppl said that id is not useful and they can't check anything with it.
I again contacted them but they are disconnecting the call.None other websites are treating their customers like this.I am very much disappointed with them,I can't even explain my angry in words
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
