I have ordered my food from swiggy on **th of August and due to heavy rain, the delivery executive was not able to deliver me the food as he got stuck and later I came to know that my order will be replaced and will be delivered to me later but that just never happened. Upon requesting for the refund of my money from them they said it will take *-* working days but the amount didn't reflect into my account upon lodging the complaint against them. Again after ** days, the response was the same and today after ** days neither they have an answer nor my money is refunded!
Worst service experience from SWIGGY they have no outlook towards their customers and they just want to mislead the customer. I am definitely not going to suggest anyone use this app anymore not because I am suffering but it can be you who might get into the same place as I'm now.
