on **.**.**** I ordered a mobile phone-samsung galaxy s*(white pearl,**gb) through flipkart(Order id-od******************).i received the item on **.**.**** and paid through my credit card.as soon as i opened the box,i found the seal was tampered and the mobile handset was "dead on arrival".it could not be switched on.i also found that the back panel was completely broken.i
I instantly created "return and refund" request and flipkart accepted my request.and their "drama" started since then.they sent their executive(wishmaster) to pick up the item.the person came next day and simply denied to receive the product.he said as per "standard procedure",he needs to check the imei number of the phone by switching it on.i said as the phone was dead on arrival,also back panel broken. it can’t be switched on,and thats why i am returning it.but he denied.next time again i requested,flipkart agreed,and the same "drama" followed.and the wishmaster told me he can only receive it only when he will be instructed not to follow the imei-check process from his authority in writing or sms.
for the third time i requested flipkart and they on their own created a return id-******************** and assured me that this time they had provided all the necessary details and my problem will be solved by **.**.****.
on **.**.****,the same "drama" happened.the wishmaster told me "sir i can accept only when i will have written/sms instruction from my authority that the product was dead on arrival and not to follow the imei-check process.".he also told me that flipkart would never give such written/sms instruction and thus i would never get my money back.
i understood that flipkart knows that a "dead phone" with box-seal tempered and also broken body, can not be switched on.hence Iimei-check process can not be followed in this case.yet they are intentionally hiding the fact and not updating the local sanjhirhat hub and the pick up person(wishmaster).they promised that they would resolve my problem by **.**.****,but they did not.
sir,hence.i have no option left but to request you for justice.please help to get my money(Rs*****/-) back.they have put me into their "loop" where they will keep accepting my request and during execution,they will order their field personel not to act accordingly.
