I booked hotel for my Goa trip from OYO on **.**.**** and paid full amount Rs.**,***/- via Google Pay but they cancelled my booking cause i unable to receive their call after few days of booking. I received message from OYO that my booking is cancelled and they initiated Refund on **.**.**** and stated that i'll get my refund in * to ** working days. I waited for ** Days and completed my Goa trip with another booking also made from OYO. I share my Bank Statement ** times also with my Bank Branch manager's mail but same thing told every time from OYO that Refund initiated successfully and not any resolution provided. From **.**.****, **+ Days passed.
