I ordered shoes and got them exchanged after that the product I received was not in a good condition and appeared to be used so I returned the shoes. My refund was initiated on ** jan **** as per the ajio app and should get credited within *-** business days but till date I haven’t received my money back i have filed the complaint with ajio customer care executive and they assured me that my money will be credited till *th feb **** but till date there has been no solution and my money is still stuck with them
