As per the merchant (myntra) they have initiated the refund but as per the wallet(mobikwik) they haven't got any such refund details from the merchant . The merchant had also sent me a message with the arn number of the refund ( wrong arn ) , and now when i raise a ticket they just close it without any update .
I had filed a refund of mast and harbour round neck tshirt from myntra on ** feb of rs ***.** and the payment was done via mobikwik before.
Until now (** march) I haven't got any refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
