Goibibio - Refund has not received from goibigo

I Have Made Booking For My Flight Tickets To nagpur-delhi and delhi-nagpurThrough GOIBIBO, Flights Got Cancelled Due To COVID , I Got Confirmation From The Airlines That They Have Given Full Refunds For All My Tickets To GOIBIBO, However I haven't received Refunds for both Tickets.It's Been a week And I Am Yet To Be Paid For both Tickets.
PNR No: QFTNFS(Indigo). Airlines Customer care executive confirmed few days back that refund has been initiated from them and I shall be paid within * working days, it's been more than a week, no updates yet. Now I am unable to reach customer care executive.
Even contacts given on goibigo site doesn't exist
