I cancelled my booked train ticket on irctc pnr ********** and was willing to get refund after some days i got a mail from irctc that refund has been processed but it was not credited in my account.
I called IRCTC customer care and talked to senior officer , he told me that my payment got stuck at gateway which they gonna resolve soon but nothing happened every time when i call i get the same response now it has been almost * months
they gave me my complaint ticket id:- *******
