Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Refund from www makemytrip comon flight cancelled by the airline

I had booked flight for my wife Mrs Anupriya Chauhan Naithani, Age -** yrs, from goa-bangalore-dehradun.. Air Asia flight for Goa to Bangalore and Indigo flight from Bangalore to Dehradun .. the travel date was ** Jul **. The above booking was done through makemytrip Application on phone and the makemytrip booking ID for the above iterinary is NF**************. On ** Jul ** I got a call from Goa airport Air Asia counter that the scheduled flight on **/**/** from Goa to Bangalore of Air Asia has been cancelled.
Thereafter I tried contacting makemytrip to reschedule my flight however the same option was not avilable on either the application or through customer care. I had to perforce cancel both my flights ( Goa to Bangalore nad Bangalore to Dehradun ) since both were connecting flights and I could not any way catch the next flight if the air Asia goa-blore flight was cancelled. Also, there was no other suitable flight from Goa to Bangalore on **/**/** so that the connecting flight could be reached on time.
My total booking cost was INR *****/- though I had cancelled my entire iterinary still refund of my booking is still pending till date.
